The Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP), through its International Relations Office (DRI), has renewed existing agreements and signed nine new academic cooperation agreements with foreign universities. The following agreements have been established:
- Montanuniversität Leoben – Austria
- Reutlingen University – Germany
- Universidad Católica de Colombia – Colombia
- Universidad de Jaén – Spain
- University of Santiago de Chile – Chile
- Universidad de Valladolid – Spain
- Universidad del Rosario – Colombia
- Universidad Nacional de Colombia – Colombia
- Fernando Pessoa University – Portugal
Currently, UFOP has 103 international agreements in-force and/or in the process of renewal, whose main objective is to promote collaboration in international research and education. These agreements also aim to provide opportunities for academic mobility both for the UFOP community and for partner institutions.
